I've read over a few websites in regards to this, but was wondering who has experience in doing so. It doesn't have to be Virginia, but that is specifically where I'm doing this.

What exact kind of advice are you looking for? Have you evaluated the business and taxation reasons for choosing an LLC? Have you compared choosing a state law entity in another state?
