After Day 1, in my opinion:
1. Port Clinton
2. Zanesville
3. Orrville
4. Bishop Ready
5. Lima Central Catholic
6. Chesapeake
7. Benedictine
8. Dunbar

4. Bishop Ready

7. Benedictine
8. Dunbar

Zanesville's student section and fans were way better and way louder than Port Clinton's. The only time Port Clinton fans cheered was when they were winning. Zanesville students and fans cheered the whole game, no matter the score.
Zanesville > Port Clinton.
Zanesville > Port Clinton.

I only saw two games yesterday.
I thought Bishop Ready had a better crowd than Orrville
St Benedictine was much better than Dunbars
Leaving now for the afternoon games.

During the Newark Catholic v. Ottawa Hills game I could hear one student section singing "seven nation army" bet thePitman loved hearing that again.

For being a private school...Ready had a nice crowd. I was down by their section, and when they went on that run, it got really loud in there.

For being a private school? What exactly do you mean by that? Not bashing you or anything, just curious.RedRider1 wrote: For being a private school...Ready had a nice crowd. I was down by their section, and when they went on that run, it got really loud in there.
I've really only had experience with the Catholic schools in Columbus, and Ready, DeSales, Watterson and even Hartley have some of the most loyal fans that I've ever seen.
I always assumed it was like that across the state, is it not?

Lima Central Catholic had a nice following/student section, which is common whenever they have been in the State Tournament.thedynasty1998 wrote:For being a private school? Get ready to see the largest crowd when Moeller comes to town today. The studen sections the GCL-South are notoriously rowdy and huge.
