I would like to see Carlisle represent the Southwestern Buckeye League well and pull this off. But I think Alter is on a collision course for the State Title.

Alter should win by 21.

Alter learned last year to take things one game at a time.

Since then, they have pretty much systematically destroyed all of their competition. A couple close games, yes, but wins just the same.

This should be a good game, but I don't see Carlisle being any better than Jon Alder.
Highlights from Alter-Alder game:

I'm definitely going with Alter in this match up. I would like to see Carlisle rep the SWBL well but I don't see any aspect of this game that favors the Indians. Carlisle does have a special teams weapon in Jordan Jacobs that could pose some problems for Alter. Other wise Alter will have an advantage on offense, defense, etc. The Knights defense was outstanding against JA.

Carlisle has had a good year, but it ends here. The knights have a lot of talent, experience and have been ready to play each week. You have to believe you can win the State Championship to compete with the Knights.

My Friday Prediction:

#2 Alter 35
#6 Carlisle 0

No disrespect intended to Carlisle but I think Alter is that good. The Knights matched up very well to JA last week and I see a similarity with Oakwood. I hope the Jacks represent the SWBL well but this could be an ugly one.
