Ok this was just sent to me by one of my co workers, I have made some edits but I can't believe someone actually typed it and sent it to my company as their report....
Now can you tell me what actually happened here?= i called to report a claim that happened on 2 9 with brain (Edit) all i no is that he hit my car and i want his car insurance com to pay the damage i dont care somebody hit his care they left the sence they have to pay his damages if i have to go and to brain to small claims (Edit) to small claims court i will im a window i work 2 jobs and i have a kid to support i will go to channle 12 news 5 fox when i got in an axcident i paid nobody called to investegt me and my insursance went up and ill call the better bussness burr im tried off being the dumb one i have a 500 dollar if i use my isurance and if my car is held up i will need a rent a car for my 2 job sorry cause i almost lost that job cause i got sick that weekend not going in the weekend and i have a doctor note to verfie for that told you im np

No I think brain (though I am not sure) is the insured and I would guess it's Brian.

All I am going to say is that if you cannot compose an email to your corporate superior any better than that you are going to have more problems than someone dinging up your car in the parking lot throughout your career.

Lulz. I work at a hotel and sadly the craziest people I have to deal with are the owners. Just the other day we ran out of milk for breakfast and when I called to tell them one suggested that I take cash out of the drawer and ask a guest to go buy it for me.

And I'll call the Better Business Bureau. I'm tired off being the dumb one! I have a $500 dollar deductible if I use my insurance. And if my car is held up I will need a rent a car for my 2 jobs. Sorry, cause I almost lost that job cause I got sick that weekend - not going in the weekend. And I have a doctors note to verify for that. Told you I'm not dumb!

OK so I gather from another thread that you are involved in the claims process for this poor illiterate woman. And that just reinforces my point about being able to compose a professional e mail.

I work insurance yes but don't handle the claims, this was just sent to me by a friend in that department. Can you get me a discount? My second son gets his license Friday and I have to add him to my policy. Two boys under 18 on the same policy. HELP.
