Thug?
The 28-year-old fifth-year pro was arrested at 4:29 a.m. Saturday, Marietta Police Officer Jennifer Murphy said.
or victim?
She said her son was pulled over for failing to use a turn signal, but believes he was targeted because he was driving a high-priced car and is black.

Dumb.

But also what I think is dumb is the things cops pull you over for. Sure I agree that drunk drivers shouldnt be out and about, but late at night even when sober cops just look for reasons to pull you over to see if you're up to no good. If you have a good reason sure, you can pull me over and question me and see if we're up to anything. But dont pull me over because im "driving left of center" "didnt signal long enough before i turned" or my all time favorite for getting pulled over "the light by your license plate was out"

No clue how big Marrietta, Georgia is, but not using a turn signal at 4:23 AM is just asking to be pulled over. What business does one have on the streets of Marrietta at 4:23 in the morning?

Sorry, but anybody out that late is going to have to answer some questions regardless of skin color. I'm sure the Cop was fishing for a DUI, and he gave the cop a reason to pull him over.

Nobody to blame but himself.

Saturday/Sunday AM....P R I M E times to pick up people.

No secret they will pull someone over at those times for the most minor of things looking for a Dewey.

I imagine at that time on a sat morning they would pull many a people over for failure to use a turn signal.

he is not the victim.

i would guess he's got a suspension coming. couple that with a couple of season ending injuries and you have a dolphins fan wishing they'd take a RB in the upcoming draft.

He should have waited a couple more hours and blended in with the church crowd.

I've been pulled over twice for dumbass reasons only because I think the cop saw that I'm a younger male and assumed I was drinking.

First time, I just get off the freeway and have about a 1/2 mile to get to my apartment. I pass a cop on a 2 lane road and she sees me and busts a U-turn right away. She pulls me over because "I was speeding". It was ridiculous for her to say. I had been drinking and told her I probably had a 6 pack that night. She asked me a few questions and let me go because she determined I wasn't drunk.

Second time I'm leaving a Halloween party and cop pulls me over for failing to stop at a stop sign. I was making a right turn and slowed down enough to check traffic before pulling out, but she said I have to come to a complete stop. I had probably a 6 pack again that night, but was driving 2 heavily intoxicated people (1 of whom was about to throw up in my back seat). The cop let me go.

I was pulled over for a burnt out license plate light, and the officer told me that when I drove past him he smelt burning marijuana. I literally laughed in his face. Anyone familiar with WCH may know what officer I'm talking about.. he's a douche.
