I'd say yes but I've also seen much better deals out there. I've been several times and have always had an amazing experience. I don't think there is a bowling alley (haven't been in a couple years, though) but I'm sure you could check their website to find out.

I'd try to find a better price but I'm also willing to bet you'll have a great time no matter what.

We're looking at next Thur/Fri. Unfortunately that's spring break time, and the prices are going to be high. I got those prices online from their website. The boys are so excited about going, as they've never been there. I didn't reserve anything yet.

Not sure how old your kids are but they will absolutely LOVE it. We've had kids of all ages in our groups and everyone had a blast.

Look in the specials section on their website. Fab and I were looking into it and they had some pretty good deals.

We are going next Friday. $250 for one night. It's almost $200 for 4 passes, so you are basically getting the room for $50. Oh and a free breakfast. You get to use the waterpark starting at noon on Friday and get it till 4 pm. the next day. So, I think it's not that bad of a deal and from what I have heard it is an awesome place.

My gf works there in the Spa. We absolutely love the place. We spent my birthday there. They are extremely busy right now and when they are busy, the rates sky rocket.

Yeah, I live in Sandusky and I don't believe there is a bowling alley in Kalahari, at least I've never seen one.. There is mini golf and a good sized arcade though, as well as a big play area for kids.

Is it worth $600? Yes. Try to find some deals though if you can...

Place is HUGE and the waterpark is a blast. It's not some small indoor water park with a splash area and a pool, it's got everything.

As rookie said, there are two bowling alleys in Sandusky, which aren't too far from Kalahari.

I know Kalahari is still looking to expand even more, but I'm not sure what all they're looking into. I heard they wanted to make a movie theater there, but Sandusky is getting TWO new 12 screen stadium seating movie theaters by November, so I'm not sure they'll go that route now. (unless it's a guest thing"..)

Also, check out Kahunaville while you're there.. Good food/drink menu. Little pricey though.

It depends if you have $600 that you can afford to spend on it. Everything is relative.

It's a cool place...I think Castaway Bay can give you as good of a time almost and it will probably be cheaper...AND, it's close to Star Lanes, a bowling alley that my neighbor from my hometown's family owns. the Lizzi guy who's in the PBA's family. Good People.

I went there two weeks ago and got a 2BR suite for $199 a night and it included 8 passes to the park. $600 seems like a lot for 2 nights. There is no bowling alley, just a minature 2 lane bowling machine. We try to go on off nights, spring break will be packed and you will have to wait in long lines. When we went the lines were very short, never had to wait more 5 minutes for anything.

I wasn't. I just happened to see at another of their facilities they have a bowling alley in the complex. Needed to know if I could bring our gear along for some practice.

The arcade does have a mini-bowling 2 lane game but its boring. No bowling alley inside. Castaway doesn't hold a candle to Kalahari.

Also, fall/winter is the best rates there.
