HOnestly, been hearing about the OSU being "tired" all year long. They have played 35 freaking games, went thru 3 games in 3 days in BTT...and up until this point, no signs of being tired.LTrain23 wrote: Yes, but the tourney is usually a full 40 minutes of hell, especially as you get deeper. Not so usually with the regular season... (save for a few games)
OSU has a great starting 5, no doubt about it.. But to always have to count on them to get it done is what scares me. Kentucky played 13 guys against Wake.
The only thing I'd love as much as UNC winning a title in college basketball, would be OSU winning one. So I hope my worries are just me not trying to be too confident about this game.
At this point in the season...everyone has played major minutes, many games. If OSU loses, its not going to be because of being tired.
To the contrary...if you have watched this OSU team...they seem to play better the more they play. They were VERY rusty in that first BTT game vs UM and really didn't hit their stride until the Minny game. Extended time off hasn't been good to OSU. The one day between games will be helpful IMO.
But, as others have said....anything can happen and it has in this NCAA. This game won't be easy by any means. But I am also confident its ET time as well.
