Even though it is funny, one of my very good friends is also using one of these right now due to foot surgery for an injury in a car crash. I have to send him this video!!

Ya, it's a scooter designed for people to use after surgery (or possibly injury) on the ankle or foot to keep pressure off it.

It'd be like making fun of someone for being in a wheelchair or crutches, oh well.
