I hope he wins it (which I don't think he will). Only because I don't want to hear about how he didn't win because of all the disractions.

No surprise at all. Media is restricted greatly at Augusta which I'm sure Tiger took into consideration. Plus he loves the course and wants to win majors so he would never skip the Masters.

I will enjoy a Sunday stroll with Tiger. I don't think he will win either but I wouldn't count him out. It's still him or the field.

Can't wait for the overreaction to how he does at this tournament. If he wins, the story will be that he's in "fuck you" mode and might never lose again. If he loses, it will be about how he'll never be the same.

I was going to watch anyway and it's no surprise he is coming back here.

This is the tournament he would be most protected at media wise so from that point it was smart.

It will be really interested to see how the gallery treats him.

Really? Eric Taylor check the Sports Forum where you quoted sources having him come back to the friendly club vs club matches in orlando. I brought it to the top for ya. You said TMZ reported it.

I think its total bullshit that he is staining one of the greatest traditions in sports and coming back at he masters. What a stupid asshole. He should of played in some bullshit west coast tourney and let everyone slob his knob there.

You watch the Masters because its The Masters, you dont watch to see Tiger come back.
I literally never agree with anything you say it's hilarious...Why shouldn't he come back for the Masters? He didn't do anything that probably half the PGA tour does on a consistent basis.

Ur gonna tell me Tiger Woods is not gonna make a cut at a major. I don't even like Tiger and that sounds ridiculous to me.

Discarding Tiger's family situation (who knows?)... I always thought it would be difficult for Tiger to skip this tournament because:
1 - He dearly wants to break Jack's records.
2 - Jack always said The masters was the easiest for him to win because of the small field and the course eliminates much of the field due to the course length. I know some shorter hitters have done well, but one really has to be on their game if they are a shorter hitter. I am certain Tiger feels the same way... Tiger loves Augusta National and does not want to pass up this opportunity to win a major.

I doubt he wins, but I don't think he will ever miss a cut at Augusta.

I really do enjoy watch the man play. He is the best ever at his craft, but I'm not quite ready for him to make his return. I don't even have an explainable reason. I'm just not ready to have all the hype and all the extraneous stuff coming into the picture. Tiger will overwhelm the Tournament and it will become the Tiger Show round the clock for the entire time. I realize that whenever he chooses to return this same situation will occur, but I'm just not ready for all the drama.

Outside of not being able to watch ESPN for the next 4 weeks, I can't wait for the masters.

Let the man do his job.

He's missed one before, it's certainly not out of the realm of possibility, especially since he hasn't played competitively in so long.

Ya but this is Augusta National, not Turnberry. Augusta National was made for golfers like Tiger. There's no way he misses the cut.
