What is the rule for the OHSAA to separate previous state placers?
Is it this : if you're a district champion and a previous placer, they will separate you?
I was looking through the program and found some weights that I felt weren't evenly separated to get the two best to meet in the finals.

Must be top 3 AND a district champ.
