As you may or may not know I was facing possible legal action due to the name freehuddle. I temporarily changed the name of the forum while I weighed my options.

While I am usually not one to back down when confronted, I do not have the time or finances required to engage in a court battle over something as silly as a hobby website. This website isn't something I rely on as a source of income so fighting this issue in the courts would be out of nothing but spite.

Don't worry, though. The website/community isn't going anywhere. The name just has to change. This also means that I am no longer able to use freehuddle.com to redirect traffic to the new site. In order to deal with this and make sure this site continues to grow I am going to need everyone's help. Please pass the word around to everyone you know who may be interested, especially if they knew about freehuddle previously but had yet to visit or sign up. This also means that everyone will need to update their bookmarks. http://www.thisforumisseriousbusiness.com, http://www.tfisb.com and http://www.theGOATforum.com will continue to point here at least until next March when their registration expires.

After putting a lot more thought into the name of the site I have come up with http://www.ohiochatter.com. According to Merriam-Webster, the definition of chatter is:

to utter rapid short sounds suggestive of language but inarticulate and indistinct.

I think that fits this place just fine.
