Happened about 3:30 AM in the Maintenance building.
Looks to be 2 victims shot, plus the suspect shooting himself. All shot were employees (non-students)
University will continue to operate normally

Wow, crazy stuff. I remember a student was shot on High Street during the 90s, a few days before President Clinton was coming to campus to speak at the Oval. The Dispatch never reported it, but I heard from some bartenders that it happened, so I dug up the info from the police department and wrote a "cover-up" story for my Public Affairs 600 course. I'm not really sure what would have to happen for me to snap and go postal on the people I work with...I'm not sure there's anything that could happen that would make me do that.

BTW, how good is that text alert service? I also got about 4 emails plus the texts, and I'm sure we'll get several more keeping us updated. They do an excellent job.

Ohio State excels in everything: academics, sports, services of all kinds. It's sad this happened. Disgruntled custodian was getting fired because he was caught sleeping on the job and was overall lazy and received very poor work reviews. What an asshole, his own fault he's losing his job and he decides to kill those whose job it is to make sure he does his job? Burn in hell loser!cview wrote:Me too.
