On the 5 most visited sites thread (or whatever it's called), goonx19 (or whatever he's called) listed "jjhuddle.net" as one of his 5. That got quoted by another user. Considering that jjhacker's post mentioning that "link-to-us" address was unapproved, should those posts also be dealt with?

Oh yeah, I'm going to bed now, as I have to be up in 5 1/2 hours, so if the answer is "yes", the answerer should deal with it.

I just noticed those as well, they're now unapproved.

About the whole JJHacker thing..

I was having a conversation about the whole legal matter with O-Trap on Facebook, and he told me a few interesting things. JJHacker is his cousin and they're both members of blackhatworld.com, which is basically a digital black market. He made a few comments about how he could "have a few people on there cause BIG problems for JJ and BuckNuts".. he didn't go into detail, but I tried to deter him from doing anything that could hurt Justin or this site. The JJHacker name might need to go as well, that looks awful.

Anything about JJHacker we should stop talking about in these forums for legal purposes as these would become discoverable as mentioned earlier. Unapprove his posts that talk about redirecting. But beyond that stop brining the damn thing up

Don't worry about the name jjhacker. I really don't care. Just make sure that no one posts jjhuddle.net and just drop them a pm and let them know why you removed it.

This thing isn't going to go to court, I can't afford that. It either ends with me changing the name and doing everything I possibly can to put jjhuddle out of business anyway or after speaking with a lawyer they tell me bucknuts has no case, sends them a letter and we go back to freehuddle.
