Opinions on his trolling and pissing off everyone in Browns threads?
It seems to just turn into nothing more than name calling and pissing matches when he gets on a Brown thread. I wish people would ignore him since his trolling is subpar at best, but they are not.
I deleted a post from buckeye woowee because he called Capone a dumb fuck, stupid fuck, ignorant fuck.....all in the same sentence.

He does the same in Bengals threads. He's an idiot who delights in poor trolling that still riles up people because this is serious business, after all. I tend to get pissed that my teams will get trolled because of him. Like, on the Roethlisberger thread, BR has a few NCF-level trolling posts...but I can't say much of anything because, let's face it, with a guy like Al around, there's no way I can legitimately criticize fans of other teams for saying ANYTHING about my teams.

I am about ready to at least forum ban this douche, he is doing nothing but trolling on Browns and Bengals threads. He gets everyone riled up and then each thread just turns to personal attacks and name calling.

And that's mild..EVERY thread about the Browns or Bengals..he gets on running his mouth starting shit..he adds absolutely nothing to this site. BR told me as well that if Capone's shit didn't stop..he was leaving. This isn't the first time he's been warned..so it's not going to work.

^^^that is why rock doesn't bother me. He is definitely thin skinned, but he is usually just going overboard after someone says anything negative about the Steelers or ND.
I have actually going through some of Strapping Young Lad's posts, they are just about as bad as Capone's. He is a threadshitter as well.
The easiest thing to do is ignore these guys, but most cannot. Also, there is no way that Al is 36....he posts like a teenager locked in mom's basement.

I guess, as a Pittsburgh fan, Rock annoys the shit out of me because he NEVER lets ANYTHING slide and will argue for eternities in an antagonistic manner anytime anyone says anything against his teams. He's like SQ...but even easier to irritate (although, to his credit, SQ has been less inflammable in recent times).
