On the "how to get to the new site" thread (or whatever it's called), Otrap's brother/alter ego/whatever (jjhacker) just posted this site was going to get a lot of new traffic from redirects. One of those redirects, which is in a post he made earlier which is now "unapproved" is jjhuddle.net. If Bucknuts is being so bitchy they're sending certified letters because we're scaring them, that sort of thing probably wouldn't set well with them.

My question is would there be any way you (Justin) could be held liable/responsible for a random member of your site "going rogue" and purchasing addresses very similar to another site to redirect to here? Using logic, I'd say no, as that redirect doesn't appear in the site's name and if it's out there to be bought, it's free game. But by using that same logic, you never should have gotten that letter to begin with, as all you did was create a message board for people to bullshit that happened to have the word "huddle" in it to take a jab at the idiots who run that place.

I unapproved the post and sent him a PM just to let him know to not openly discuss any "jjhuddle" specific domains that point here. There is absolutely no way I can be held liable for it, though, as I don't own them and have zero control over where they point.
