The SR39 corridor that cuts through central Ohio is at it again. 3 schools have reached the sweet sixteen with a 4th vying for a birth tonight.

Loudonville plays in a district championship to become the starting point moving west to east. Travel along that corridor and you have West Holmes in the sweet 16 in DII, Hiland in DIV sweet 16, then Garaway in DIII.

The road of champions baby!!!

Red Birds didn't quite make the regional, but I was thinking the same thing about the Rt 39 corridor Sat as I listened to their game. If Loudonvile would have won, that would be 4 contiguous school districts in the Sweet Sixteen. Makes you wonder if there is any other part of the state where that is the case. Those other 3 programs seem like they go deep in the tournament every year. It's nice to have so many quality programs in one vicinity.

300, you and me thinking alike? That must me a scary thought for you! :)

Thanks ricola. We didn't get the best of news last week from her CT results. Head down tomorrow for a biopsy, then further consultations over the coming weeks.

Oak Hill would win that game whether it was Ironton or Garaway.

Tusc and Holmes Co teams are falling like flies. Only Hiland girls and Garaway boys are left.
