I had a problem earlier. I was in my guide and typed in 411 and nothing moved. Typed it in again and nothing moved. Hit guide to get out of it and then got the reset and blue screen.

I called them at 2 something last night because of course I was in the middle of watching a movie. They said they were having outages all over Ohio. So I just went to bed. Woke up, and its working just fine. Trust me, if I woke up to no Mike and Mike in the Morning, I would have been very cranky!
