Do not want... I will take Harrison and Davis + a late draft pick.

THE COAL MINERS SON...only reason he was released was because he was due a roster bonus, bring him in. Perfect fit for this team.

Bingo, this solves the RB situation for at least a year.

Nope Cowboys don't need another RB.. Although I feel Jones is great and probably would do really well in Dallas I love the backs we have already.

Yes. I pretty much despise Addai and Donald Brown hasnt shown enough yet for me to trust him as a feature back.

Because you can tell when a RB is about to hit the wall and that's my belief with Jones. Yeah, he had a 1400 yard year last year but, at his age, the dropoff is coming fast.devil1197 wrote:Why?BR1986FB wrote: No thanks.
Mangini will have minimal say as to whether Jones comes to Cleveland anyhow.

He's 32.
I wouldn't invest the money into him, because look at how quickly Shaun Alexander fell off the table.
He won the MVP and was out of the league 2 years later.
Thomas Jones had a great year last year behind a great line, he comes to a team like the Browns with a not so good offensive line, and his numbers will drop significantly and there is a good chance he falls off like all other RB's do after the age of 30.

Just wondering. Was lazy and didn't want to look him up just knew he had a solid season.

The Browns are going to have one of the better O-Lines in the league this year if they add a stud RT. That being said, I still don't want Jones.HighRoller74 wrote: Thomas Jones had a great year last year behind a great line, he comes to a team like the Browns with a not so good offensive line, and his numbers will drop significantly and there is a good chance he falls off like all other RB's do after the age of 30.

Since Cedric Benson is so fragile, we'll take him in Cincinnati.
