This is so stupid its just hard to believe. They targeted the coach specifically.

That the victim was a Citadel assistant coach only added to the shock felt on the military school's campus. Harpe, himself a former Citadel player, is a 2007 graduate and is the Bulldogs' offensive quality control coach and director of football operations. He became a student assistant in 2006 after an ankle injury ended his playing career.

The affidavit states that early Saturday morning, Gaskins "was advised by Miguel Starks to call the victim from a pay phone" and to say "that she had broken down at the Lowe's store and that (Harpe) should come and assist her."
When Harpe emerged from his apartment, the affidavit said, he was confronted by Starks, Rice and Francois. After Harpe was bound with duct tape, the three men stole electronic devices and other property. Starks is accused of taking Harpe's bank card and withdrawing $220 from three different ATMs, according to the affidavit.
The three "then placed the victim's property in trash bags and removed it from the apartment."

I can't get a grasp on this situation. None of it makes any sense whatsoever.

Clemson has about a million Citadel kids that were kicked out for stealing a pencil or something.

Lol speedofsand,

He could go to OSU but we would at least kick him off the team if he did something like that (Clarett). Now, Oregon might be a good fit for two reasons: 1) they are newly in need of a QB, and 2) he would only be suspended "indefinately", or in Chip Kelly terms, until they really need him against their biggest rival (and of course, the bowl game) :D :D

And yes I agree with everyone, this is one of the dumbest things I've ever heard of anyone, even a college kid, doing.
