NDC Men’s Soccer has successfully defended its 2008 American Mideast Conference championship. Notre Dame defeated Mount Vernon Nazarene, 1-0, in Saturday’s AMC Championship match. The Lads in Blue & White have now won back-to-back AMC championships, a first in NDC sports history.

On Saturday, 21st November, No. 11-ranked (NAIA Coaches’ Poll) Notre Dame (14-3-2) will host an NAIA National Championship Tournament Opening Round match against Olivet Nazarene-Ill. (15-6). Kickoff at Korb Field (Brush HS) is slated for 4 p.m. NDC is the No. 7 seed in the 31-team tournament and hosting a national tournament contest for the second straight year.
