I plan to get at least 1 game in the $5 Seats.

Going July 17th against Colorado (HOF Induction Night and it is also Chris Sabo Bobblehead Night)

I take advantage of the $5 seats probably 25+ times a season. I can usually get down into the 400's right behind home plate, so its a pretty good deal.

At the end of the season, I can get a $5 ticket and sit about 25 rows up on the first base line. I'd be willing to sacrifice that though, because if I can't get that close it means they are winning.

is there any way to get Opening day tickets anymore, save for buying them from a scalper or a ticket broker...? I had a nice little Opening Day streak going until about 5 years ago when they seem to have changed their ticketing policies.

Best way to get them (at face value) is to buy a power pack. You get opening day ticket and 9 other games (6 chosen, 3 flexible).

I never buy tickets in advance anymore. One of the nice things about living 10 minutes from the ballpark.

Thanks for the heads up. I got two sets of 4 for the $5.00 (well not after all the fees) seats. Gotta get there early. I need that Chris Sabo bobblehead. :)

Does anyone go to Meijer and try to use the Tickets.com Outlets there?

I went out to our Meijer this morning and was there a few minutes before 9 since that is when the tickets went on sale.

My brother and I ended up waiting over 25 minutes before we are told there is only 1 person in the entire store who knows how to work the system and she is on vacation.

I ended up not getting tickets this morning and continue my search.

The $5 tickets that pop up through the Reds site are in Row O of 510, when most every other game shows Row A of 510. I guess the Bobblehead is drawing a crowd already.

You Reds fans pay actual currency to watch Dusty Baker? They should give tickets away.

We got to get there now to watch the young pitching before Dinglebaker ruins their arms. Oh wait when does Volquez come back?
