When someone does what Society is doing and just keeps making a bunch if irrelevant threads, someone should just merge them all and call it like "Society's bag o questions" or soemthing.

So if someone is banned..and they keep registering new ID's such as Society does..when does the 1 week suspension become permanent? Or does it?
