Agree, however working out and using supplements will help, will it not? Obviously, just using diet pills and sittin on your butt watching TV won't get much accomplished.sleeper wrote: How about exercise and eating healthy?

The ECA stack is pretty much the only thing reported at nicemuscle.com to be effective. Along with a healty diet and lots of cardio.

It will help, short term.
