Started 2 threads in the politics section. Neither was accepted. Who can explain this. Did not call anyone out or use improper language. It concerned political adds. Really kinda ticks me off if the reason the threads were banned was because of my beliefs. If in fact that is the reason................shame on the FREE huddle!

Or all threads could be allowed without having to be deemed worthy by two people who may or may not be online... I remember the first night. We were "nominating" mods to be voted upon, and LJ was like "I'll take politics". We had a pretty good thread hashing out the rules too, all giving input. The "approval" system is what keeps it from turning into the JJ Tea Party flame war clusterfuck.
It's still by and large a Tea Party convention (I mean, it's the same people/ideologies from the old site), but at least people actually have to be responsible about it here.

That would mean the rest of us moderators would have to spend what would be called "quality time" on the political board.
