Licking Heights Dan Pennington will be attending Ohio Dominican University.
Dan started for 4 years for the Hornets on both sides of the ball.
Career highlights include: 1004 yards rushing as a junior, 1800+ yards rushing as a senior (injury in game 10 may have been the only thing keeping him from 2000), 31 TDs as a senior, 100+ tackles as a FRESHMAN, a 7 TD HALF to open the season as a senior (250+ yards that half), willing his team to a win against rival Watkins in game 2 as a senior after being down 17 points in the 2nd half...and countless other big runs breaking tackles and dragging defenders to the end zone
Dan also is a season away from entirely rewriting the school record books in Baseball as well.
