Sorry if already posted. But here is a link to a series of LA Times articles on black tar heroin.
The marketing plan is almost genius. Really does a god job of filling the Oxycotin and other pain pill niche.
Scary stuff.

will never really understand why people do any drug (besides weed and alcohol)...

Sign me up.....And yes, of course, people do any other drug for the same exact reason they do weed or alcohol. What's so difficult to understand about this???
It alters your brain chemistry and makes you feel good ( in heroin's case really, really, really great).
