I've got a few PM's from people who were worried that the constant stream of threads being posted on jjhuddle about freehuddle could end up pissing them off enough to try and shut us down.

Justin,
Let me first tell you Thanks for what you have done here. If I were you I would be very proud, you have accomplished quite a lot in such a short time.

I have something thats concerning me though. I know you have no control over it and hopefully don't condone it either. What I'm talking about are the posts that are being made over on JJHUDDLE from people now on frehuddle.com. It is one thing for everybody to promote this website (I'm all for that) and I have done it myself, but when they start getting vulgar with what they are posting and freehuddle.com is mentioned in the same post I believe it reflects bad on your website.

Like I said I know you have no control over what is posted there, but maybe if you posted a sticky on this website site telling people that they are reflecting a bad image on your website it might have some effect on what people post over there. Thats just a thought I have, maybe you have a better idea.

I don't post a whole lot but I do like to read what everybody does post. I had another screen name on JJHUDDLE with around 1500 post in about 4 years.

Thank You again for what you have done here and for reading my rant.

I was in there with everyone getting the names of other websites out on JJ. And this might be something you need someone who knows the law look into it. But I fear that if the "spamming" continues on the JJ that they may have enough amunition to shut this site down. I am not aware of all the spamming laws but you should have someone look into it. I would hate to see this site be shut down and/or yoiu get charged either legally or financially for this.

I admit I blew the site up a little bit for a few days, but I don't even visit it anymore.

This is just an "opinion" I am not a lawyer, but I have sought the advice of a lawyer in Ohio.

JJhuddle would have no claim against you

I haven't been there since last Wednesday and don't plan on going back. You don't have any control over what anyone posts there, they could just stop posting it here, we won its over!

It might be worthwhile to make a sticky for a few days that says, "Hey, we appreciate the support, but please don't post anything vulgar on JJHuddle." If people continue to do it, at least you've CYA'd in asking them to stop.

I agree with this. It is time for everyone to move on....we have a good thing going.
