It could be Mark Grudzielanek depending on how we're defining "Current MLB player", as he has a minor league contract/spring training invite with the Indians.

I was actually thinking Grudzielanek when I first saw the clues of Expo and Cub, but at that point I was assuming former Expo and current Cub so I didn't go for it.
