"Inhabitants of a small Pennsylvania town are beset by death and insanity after a plane crash lets loose a secret biological weapon into the water supply."
Sure..that thread would help..if this was a zombie movie.

I just saw the movie "Wrong Turn 2" -- It's about a family who goes crazy (zombie like) after there is a chemical spill in their water. They turn into cannibals and hunt people.

It's a remake of a '73 Romero film (with the same title). That film was compared to Night of the Living Dead because of how the insane townspeople were (for intents and purposes) zombies and because of how the focus was on how the downfall of characters was because of their inability to exist together.
From the commercials I've seen, this looks like it has potential.
Oh...rydawg, if you take Wrong Turn 2's premise (as you portrayed it, at least, as I've not seen it) and make it a lot less classy, you could have "Redneck Zombies", where a bunch of Appalachian folk have their moonshine mixed with toxic waste and get turned into zombies. Since toxic waste is involved, I'm thinking Troma might have made it.

I think it looks pretty good.
BTW, was that a Nuke blast at the end of the trailer?

It could have been. As I recall (it's been forever since I've seen the original), the military had orders to simply bomb the infected town if the problem couldn't be controlled.
