Villanova is 20-1 overall and 9-0 in the Big East
Georgetown is 16-5 overall and 6-4 in the Big East

Villanova won 82-77 on January 17th at home.

Georgetown has been up and town this season but they're at home.

Thoughts?

Well the home court advantage is out the window with the snow storm. If the Hoyas can keep Nova's guards out of the paint they could win this game. Georgetown needs to get Monroe involved early & often because Nova has nobody who can check him on the block.

I'll take G'Town by 4.

Really looking forward to this game. Should be a good one.

I picked Georgetown in the Picks Contest, but that was before the USF loss. Even with that, I still think the Hoyas get the job done at home today. They'll be ready to play against 'Nova.

G'town leads by 19 late in the 1st half. Impressive showing by the Hoyas.

How hard is it to figure out Georgetown? Get killed by Syracuse, then dominate Duke, get upset by South Florida, then go up big on Villanova today. I guess it's better they're doing that rather than just lose every game like last year.

In my opinion, Georgetown probably has the ability to beat just about anyone on a given night. They're pretty inconsistent at times, but their efforts against Duke and 'Nova show me that they're capable of great things.

Hoyas putting a ass whipping on Villanova up 21. Enjoy first place in the Big East Cuse fans.

Wright fouling out has really hurt the Hoyas. They're letting Nova creep back into this one.

Could get interesting if the Hoyas don't make their FTs.

Duke and BC will still be there when it's done. They're not gonna take a #2 vs. #8 Big East battle off early to put Duke at BC on.

LOL at Nova fouling with 0.2 seconds left. That one was for the Duke fans. :)

Nice rebounding win for G'Town today. I just hope they play like this for the rest of the season.

If they shoot (3)'s and hit their free throws like they did today, they will win it all.

This exact same statement could be said of about six different teams in regard to various games over the season.
