My power has gone off 4 times already but keeps coming back on thank God. And before you become a smart ass there are people who can come on the internet using their phone/psp etc.

Power been on all day. However if it rains even a bit my power always seems to go out. AEP has been calling like crazy the last few weeks apologizing and apparently they are going to be installing something here soon to help prevent power outages during storms.

Mine did the same 3 times. I'm glad it came back on but it's aggravating because it takes a while for my cable box to reset and I was trying to at h "best thing I ever ate"

No problems yet for me. Hopefully that stays the same, as I'm enjoying drunkening listening to iTunes and randomly surfing the net. Without power, both of those things fall by the wayside.

So far so good here in Fairfield. I don't think it will go off unless some driver takes out a utitility pole. I do have some fire logs and wood to keep warm with incase that happens.

I know..but I don't have access to it from the ground. So I wasn't able to do that.

We have a small battery system that feeds an DC/AC converter when the power goes out. Our generator kicks on and it has a static switch to deliver more power until the commercial power comes back on.
