How much does Toyota's recalls have to do with this?

my company's stock is down 5% for the day. sucks.

i assume my 401k will also blow. should i pull it out of stocks and get into bonds?

Probably not much (you would think any harm to Toyota would be offset by the other manufacturers).

My guesses are (i) Europe/Greece situation, (ii) unfavorable employment numbers, (iii) anticipation of a poor earnings dump on Friday and (iv) at least where I live, ANOTHER winter stormfall this weekend.

We got a call from our 401k advisor to pull out of anything labeled as "aggressive." He's not one to push the panic button, as this was the 1st call of that nature I've taken from him in nearly 7 years.

Said to be risk averse for the next 2 quarters at a minimum.

im down on some stocks right now. but im holding, have some medical stocks that are awaiting approval from the FDA. Once that happens...$$$$$
