So let's hear it what is your favorite Super Bowl party hors d'oeuvres to eat?
Mine would probably be tater skins and guacamole and chips.

People go nuts for my cheese ball (and it's sooo easy to make):
2 blocks Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 Large bag Carl Budding Beef (dice up)
1 Bunch Green Chives (dice up)
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce (sprinkle a pretty good dose)
Form into a ball and roll into diced pecans.
Put out on tray with crackers!

I found a new one I like and it's very easy.
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 c mayo
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can chopped jalapeno
1/2 c parm
Fits nicely into a dip size crock pot and takes about an hour to heat.

What's your recipe for the spinich/artichoke dip?
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 small onion(minced)
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, partially thawed
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
2 (16 ounce) containers sour cream
Put butter, garlic, onions, spinach, and artichokes in a skillet and sautee. When sauteed, mix everything in a baking dish, and bake for 20 minutes or so, on 350 degrees.

I'll be watching the Super Bowl with Angel. She's getting the wings and I just got back from Buffalo Wild Wings with a jar of Caribbean Jerk sauce! Yum!!!
Some of those cheese balls and other horvidorvies listed here sound good too!
Hoping it rains like hell at the game and we see a knock-out-drag-out game instead of the usual yawner (but not like Apple would stay bored or anything having Angel next to him!!!)
