This pops up on my laptop a lot and kicks me off the internet. Does anyone else have this problem? When I first got the laptop it didn't do it, but I feel like I may have downloaded something that makes it do this crap.

If you have it, how did you fix it?

Have you recently downloaded anything?

I mean it's been a while...I can't think of anything I've downloaded that would give me some sort of virus (or whatever this is)...I mean I downloaded Adobe, and Java stuff, but I don't think that stuff would be dangerous.

I'd do a full sweep and disk defrag.

Did you install microsoft office on your laptop?

It's been on it since I got it...I googled the problem and I saw where it said that if I had installed Office, it could have caused this, but I've had office on the computer since I got it and it didn't have this problem when I first got it, so I'm not sure if that is in fact what caused it.

I went ahead and followed the procedure they told me to do...We'll see if it works.

Yea...I do have office on here. Did your friend just follow the steps online to fix it? Or did he do something else?

I have no idea, but I would follow whatever microsofts support site says to do.
