Dude has his main farm in my gf's hometown
A former U.S. Olympic equestrian rider and part-time Ocala resident, Darren Chiacchia, was arrested Wednesday and charged with violating a state law that required him to declare he was HIV positive to his one-time sexual partner.

isn't it a law that if someone tests positive for HIV the doctors have to notify their sex partners?

My buddy who is in law school in Florida said that if the guy who received the infection dies while the infector is still alive, the infector is charged with negligent homicide

Those are my words of course

No, I mean if you test positive, I thought the doctors had to inform someone, not just leave it to the person that tested positive.

Well, I think he was already positive, so the Dr. would have no idea of this relationship. Plus, he didn't just omit that he had HIV, he lied and said he didn't have it.

i believe a doctor has to sit down with you and ask who your past partners are and write them down... stuff like that... but that doesnt control who they meet in the future

This is going to sound more offensive than anything, but it's all shock.....

Ccrunner is a TEACHER?

Either that's bullshit, or his freehuddle/huddle persona is bullshit, haha, that's the only thing that makes sense.

How in the hell does a HIV joke make anyone a bigot?
Who would have guessed that would go over your head?

You make a joke about equestrians all being gay and having HIV.

Get it now?

I wonder what kind of joke you will come up with next and who else you can offend.

Well, I'm not taking it seriously, I guess, to be honest.....my shock is mostly based off of your grammar/spelling.

I usually don't care to police that stuff, I'm far from perfect in that regard, but it seems like you're often getting called out on spelling stuff incorrectly, using the wrong tense. I don't know, I guess I have an image in my head of a teacher having better grammar, but, I suppose I also don't know what you teach, so my initial shock came from just hearing you teach at all. I suppose if you're like a math teacher, it doesn't......matter?
