Yep the big 30! Can't wait till this weekend cause I don't have duty and I'm going to get drunk all weekend. So need it, haven't had the best few weeks recently. But I can still out run a lot of females 10 years younger than me.

Only as old as you feel. I'm 33 and feel and act like I'm about 16. Well some days I feel like I am 60 after ref'ing two day HS wrestling tournaments!!
