my birthday is in a couple months and I want to go somewhere for a 3 day weekend (Fri-Sun) for it...any suggestions? No Vegas because I will be doing that also sometime before probably. Prefer to stay within the U.S.

what do you like doing? I'd go to a sandy beach, Destin, South Padre, some place like that.

well if you make it to the warm months, cape cod is awesome and relaxing, but only go if it is the summer or else it can be kind of cold

Hilton Head. Great golf, great beaches, good drinking places.

My gf's parents have a condo there...this may be a possibility. How's the weather in Mid April?

Not too bad. I mean it isn't going to be 100 degrees on the beach then. But plenty of stuff to do other than just lay on the beach.

I can't just lay on the beach for a week. My adult ADHD doesn't allow me to do that, plus all those damned kids keep trying to push me back in the water.
