Can this guy order lunch at McD's if he's not reading it on a teleprompter.

He's speaking to the media there, not the 6th graders.
He didn't have a teleprompter when talking to the students. Nice try, though.

No, i don't think that photo is from that, as it is dated January 19th, 2010.
But, still, the point remains that he wasn't using the teleprompter to speak to 6th graders, and thus the picture isn't funny.

If it's a normal sized classroom, (which it appears to be) then he's not talking to more than 15-20 people total. Fair enough.
I would have even laughed like hell if there was a picture of him sitting indian-style, talking to a group of students who are also sitting indian-style, with teleprompters set up.
