Oh no the Wood must have been scared to play Hiland and that is why they cancelled. There can't be any other reason. That is ok, it will just fuel Hiland the next time they play and they will just come out and KILL the Wood. You don't cancel on the Hawks!!!

exactly! looked what happened to garaway! had they not cancelled the first time around they would have won that game! This way they got KILLED! I'm glad I'm not standing in Ridgewood's shoes!

(ok, for those of you who can't tell--I'm kidding! Obviously that had nothing to do with the garaway win [tho i still think it was very weak cancellation] and I realize Ridgewood has the no school-no play in place. Not that I agree with that, but that's their policy, so be it.)
In that same vein--just curious--how many days has Ridgewood missed so far? Seems it's been a bunch. Are the roads that much worse down there, or do they have a unique micro-climate that somehow gets more snow than any other place in the area? seems they'll be making up a ton of days.
