the last Conan Tonight Show.

(he only requests that when the HBO movie is made of the NBC programming fiasco, he is portrayed by Tilda Swinton). :)

Apparently that is Ben Harper on the steel guitar. I've heard the name before but not familiar with his stuff.

yep, I stand corrected, Dusty Hill, that's who I meant. Either him or the other guy...Billy Gibbons...I admit I can't pick those ZZ Top guys apart with the beards.

I was impressed with Conan's parting words.

Even after 2 weeks of jokes at NBC's expense (and deserved ones, as NBC screwed both him and Leno if you take it back to 2004), he reeled it in and gave credit where it was due at the end.

I don't know who Ben Harper is. So that wasn't Beck? That guy looks just like him.

I agree with the statements about Conan being a class act. Seems like they got some of the crazy stuff out of the way last night with Robin Williams. Tonight was a bit more understated. I get that and can really appreciate it.

Wednesday's episode was the best in my opinion. Steve Carrell was a letdown.

Yeah, Carell sucked but he can't step on NBC's toes too much.

Ben Harper is a great guitarist. His two really bigger hits are Burn One Down and Steal My Kisses. He's got a very similar style to Jack Johnson, Jason Mraz, etc.

Great guitarist.

Conan's speech was absolutely amazing. It was crazy to almost see him break down.

Class guy...and I can't wait to see him wherever he lands.

Steal My Kisses (Very Jack Johnson-esque in this one)

Burn One Down (less Jack Johnson like...but still pretty similar styles)
