This is by far the biggest game in week 13 for div. 5, in my opinion whoever wins this game is going to win state.

Anyone know the site this game will be held @?? (Piqua is my guess)

I see Cw in this one winning by 10

Proximity Celina.

Actually sensible, Welcome. This game will sell out anything under 8,000.

Tinora vs. Patrick Henry is another big one for D5.

How did the regular season game turn out? Where was that game played? And finally, what is the series history with these storied programs?

Coldwater won the regular season game 17-0 on the Friday night downpour in mid-October at Coldwater. Field was a muddy mess, so both teams struggled to move the ball. St. Henry is as healthy as we've been since about week 3. Coldwater has beaten St. Henry 13 times in a row. CW leads the all-time series, but it's a series of streaks. CW won something like 7 or 8 in a row in the '80s, then SH won something like 6 or 8 in a row in the '90s, and now CW has a 13 year streak going. CW currently has a major mental edge over SH. This year though, the Skins did not let down when they got behind against CW. They kept fighting and hitting. Other years, they've just quit mentally when CW gets a lead...just waiting for something else to go wrong. If they can score early and keep their heads in the game, they can hang with CW.

Supposedly Wapak will get this game, but I think Troy or Piqua's facility could handle the crowd much better. The amount of overflow fans from other MAC schools will be huge.

Best idea would be Wapak because of proximity. BUT I agree they might need a place like Troy/Piqua would be better for the crowd. It depends what OHSAA wants....comfort for the fans or terf for the players. Wapak has a lot of seating, but with ALL of Mercer and Auglaize County going to the game...it might not be enough

These teams are 5 mile apart and will probably have to travel 50 to play each other, that does not make sense.

The game is going to be played at Wapak.

Whoever wins the game will play for the State Championship.

I am in a tough spot here trying to predict a winner, but I have to go with Coldwater by 2 scores.

Coldwater with a plethora of receivers and Wenning at qb gives them an edge. However, this is such a contested game --cousins playing with AND against each other,St. Henry tradition......any edge is minimal, especially considering what's on the line

Do you think this will sell out or will there be any tickets at the gate. My son and I considering drive from Pickerington.

It will definately be more crowded than the Anna vs Coldwater game and that one had plenty of fans standing. Wapak has an excellent field but the stands would be considered small for a game of this magnitude. The two schools have an excellent fan base and the other Mac schools will certainly be represented.

^^^ Much appreciated Cmhs. Good Luck to your Cardinals as well.

Great field but short on seating for this game. Get there early if you want a descent seat. I agree that this won't be the same Skin team. They're healthier and have confidence. The Cavs are coming off a big battle and need to stay focused.

Good luck to both schools. Wish I was back home this weekend so I could head to Wapak and take this one in. Should be a very tough/hard-fought game between two rivals.

The poll is flawed, this game will be a draw, that option needs to be added. Neither team can win, I don't think either of them runs exclusively out of a spread offense....

I see that Sportstime Ohio has chosen Bishop Watterson vs. DeSales as the game to broadcast Friday night. I think they will miss the boat on this one.

If anyone knows the internet feed for the broadcast, please post.

Haven't ruled out driving from C-bus. Depends on how early I can leave to determine how early I can get there.

Go Cavs!!!
