Heard from the London coach that they are attending this. What other teams will be there? Who are the top wrestlers?

According to Randysite, some of the teams are -
Heath, Brookhaven, East Knox, Highland, Licking Heights, London.

Does anyone other than Licking Heights have a decent wrestler at #103?

Someone else mentioned the 103 earlier...171 is dropping to 160 and should finally be in the right spot...watch out for him too.

These London wrestlers will make a little noise on Saturday: Anthony Thompson 103, Matt Perez 119, Aaron Thompson 125, Galo Santos 130, Shane Silvers 160, Kyle Hazlett 171, Keith Carius 189, Anthony Robinson 215, Matt Schramm HWT Back-up Jared Chastain 160/171 has placed in two tournaments as well. Good luck to all the Red Raiders.

Ya, Matt Perez is a Beast. Will he be at 119 though? ...Would have bet he would be 125.

Hopefully the peak of the podium. Also, Heim & McDaniel should fair well for the Bulldogs.

Should be a nice tourney.

Looks like Elmwood is pretty tough in the light weights. Defending state champ at 112...3 or 4 Medina placers. Not too bad.

Off the top of my head...and I dont even know all of the lineups, so Im probably missing a lot of people

103 Price (LH), Thompson (LO), Lee (EW)
112 Goebel (EW), Milner (TV)
119 Perez (LO), Heim (HE), Bailey (LH), Sarbaugh (TV)
125 Thompson (LO), Dunlap (LH), Lee (EW)
130 Santos (LO), Maynard (LH), White (TV)
135 Barlowe (HE), Shephard (HI), Wolfe (LH) This weight class is loaded
140 Robinson (HE)
145 Ammons (HI)
152 McDaniel (HE)
160 Silvers (LO), Jones (TV)
171 Haslett (LO)
189 Drumm (HE), Carius (LO), Ford (BH), Beach (TV)
215 Robinson (LO)
285 Schramm (LO)

135 should be fun...state placer Barlowe, 3xState qualifier Shephard, State Alternate Wolfe...and Im sure some other solid kids as well. Its not too often that a kid like Wolfe will go into a tournament 25-0 and virtually unchallenged and be the #3 seed.

Any individual results? I heard that Elmwood won as a team, but haven't seen much.

Off the top of my head champs were:

103 Price LH
112 Goebel EW
119 Perez LO
125 Lee EW
130 Mitchell EW
135 Barlow HE (MVW beating Wolfe from LH...Wolfe beat Shephard from Highland to get there...stacked weight)
140 Robinson HE
145 ??
152 McDaniel HE
160 Ridgewood kid
171 ??
189 Drumm HE
215 ?? London I think
285 Schramm LO

Overall a great tournament. It ran lightning fast and had some pretty tough competition. Can't wait to go back next year.
