Between the two Kiper all day. You have to respect the OG. McShay knows how to push Kipers buttons and does it on purpose. Another reason to go with kiper.

Over the years, Kiper has gotten more picks right then McShay.
Mayock over the last 2-3 years has gotten more picks correctly than either Kiper or McShay, however.

I used to really dislike Kiper, but I've gained a respect for him over the years. He is really bright and knows what the NFL teams are looking for. I like them both, but think Kiper is a little bit better.

I like Kiper better but it's hard to explain why. I know what I mean but not sure others do.
McShay is like Kiper of 25 years ago. He has all the scouting reports and tries to sound educated by going with the measurables and everything that someone who is trying to be a draft expert would try to pass off to the public.
Kiper has become more flexible with teams just looking for good football players, productive players and things of that nature.

Off of this list, Mel Kiper, no doubt.. Kiper does all of his own work and studies the film himself.. McShay has a team of guys working with him.. Then he tries to sound like a pompous ass everytime he and Kiper are together...

I respect the amount of work and the time that Kiper puts into it... His wife has to be a special lady or she really enjoys those paychecks. Kiper is just a walking encyclopedia of draft knowledge.
