It's a good read. I personally don't think he would be a successful HC, especially in Oakland. I hope he stays in Cleveland though.

I don't see Rob Ryan being successful as a head coach but that's me. I could be wrong

I like Ryan, but don't see him as head coaching material...Oakland may be stupid enough to hire him as such.

I wouldn think it iwould sit to well with Holmgren that he announced he would leave at a drop of a hat. It's ok to want a head coaching position but to announce it and talk about it openly would make me think that your heart and sole are not with the program.

I love what Rob Ryan brings to this defense schematically.. He needs to stay here..
