It has been brought to my attention that someone registered an account on your site www.freehuddle.com. using my name Matt Natali as their username. This is not me. I don't mind the new site spawning off jjhuddle.com but it is illegal for anyone on your site to illegally pose as me.
Please delete this username and/or any usernames that have been or will be created illegally using my likeness.

Honestly...
I think WLS is a liability to this site at this time. He is going to do something that gets us in trouble. Porn that a 13 yr old's mom see's, etc. I think you need to forward him this and put him on a short leash.

I don't know if I'm supposed to be able to see this forum, but anyway, I wanted to say that while jjhuddle is taking a crap, and some newspaper is plugging this site over them, they might not be so understanding of this site in the future, and we should probably discuss ways to legally differentiate this site from jjhuddle.

Yeah, sorry about that. Luckily it was just the one person in that custom group so no one else would've seen it. Now I will remember to check that permission from now on if I create any further user groups.

This is a good idea. It shouldn't be too hard to set up an LLC for FreeHuddle. That will prevent justin from being personally liable should anything go down. I believe IceMan59 is an Ohio-licensed attorney, so he may be able to direct you to a website or similar place where you can fill out the required paperwork. Yeah, I am trying to get some google ads working but they haven't grabbed any relevant content from the site so they aren't showing up right yet. I signed up for "shareasale" which is an affiliate program. I am taking a look at different sites that are available there to see if there is anything worthwhile and relevant to the site or individual forums.
