He may not be able to shoot FT's, (though that video is about 2 years old, I think he's improved since) but he can do a lot of other things like play great defense and rebound...

Yeah, I wouldn't want him on the line in crunch time.
But I'd take Hayes on my team any day. He does the stuff on the floor that a lot of guys shy away from.
