Chuck appeared to be headed for cancellation last year but it is back for a third season. The 2-hour season 3 premiere is on NBC tonight at 9:00. There is also a new episode tomorrow night at 8:00. I know there were some Chuck fans on the old huddle. Not sure if they made their way here but just wanted to give them a heads up if they did.

I'll be shoveling snow at 9:00 tonight and tomorrow night at 8:00. What a coincidence.

Best show on television. It's the Get Smart of my generation. It's witty, clever, dramatic, action-packed, and funny. It has great characters and two of the hottest women on TV. I can't wait!

She's the reason I said that Chuck has two of the hottest women on television.

I am going to be watching tonight, this is one of the few watchable shows on NBC. the Thursday night comedies are the other 4. Chuck might not be the best show on TV but it is the most enjoyable IMO.

Yavonne Strahovski in a bikini in the opening scene is television perfection!

A buddy of mind demanded I watch this show tonight. He's convinced it is the best show on television and he's doing everything he can to boost the ratings. Any show that can cause fans to do that is worth checking out.

Three things from my first viewing:

1) Awesome music. They included Frightened Rabbit, which is one of my favorite bands.

2) Awesome women. Holy shit.

3) Great show. Perfect amount of comedy, action, cheesiness. Everything was great.

I will now have my DVR set to record the whole series and the buddy is giving me the frist two seasons so I can catch up.

^Same thing happened last year for me. I have watched this show since the first episode and my buddy was over one night and it was on. So he stayed to watch it and is as hooked as I am.

The show is entertaining and the women are hot... good enough for me.

I had several friends in college last year who I got hooked. This is a big part of the reason why NBC brought this show back. It didn't have a huge fan base, but it was highly critically acclaimed and many of those who did watch considered it one of their favorites and one of the best on TV. Also, the ratings did grow significantly between the first and second season. I think this show will continue to draw new fans and will eventually have staying power.

Once again great episode, Captain Awesome is getting in the mix. Chuck and Sarah got moved into the friends zone but they shouldn't stay their for long.

Well Chris Fedak and Josh Schwartz are off to an undefeated start in my book. Another great episode, the only complaint that I have from the first three episodes is that they spent far too much time going into detail about the Chuck and Sarah dynamic and where they currently stand in the second episode. They dealt with some of that again tonight but on a smaller scale, only in figuring how they can function with their new status quo.

For those interested in the ratings for the three episode block to start the season the average was 7.4, with 2.83 rating in the key 18/49 demographic. For any network but NBC that would be average to below average, for NBC those are huge numbers. If Chuck can continue to post those numbers, maybe even a touch below those numbers, they will surely be back for a fourth season with five more hours of prime time programing opening up because of Leno's failures.

This has got to be my favorite show on TV.
Just something about it that I just don't want to miss it.

It's just fun to watch

This is my favorite show on TV. It's just . . . good. It's like the new "Get Smart."

Watched episode 2 of the season tonight online. Sarah and Karina (sp?) both in lingerie? Good work. This season is off to a good start. I hope it doesn't get canceled.
