Same to you fellow Patriot!

Only the 2nd time in my life I won't be enjoying a proper Thanksgiving meal.

I'm not that mad about it, but I'm rather salty about missing out on the vast pie selection that's always at my family's gathering.

Fellow native American here born 12/06/1972 in the great state of Ohio. The only land I know. Much to be thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving to all.

Today only part of my family shared in our now fifth year king crab feast, tomorrow all of the famly will gather at my house for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Today this morning we passed out dinners to 4 family's, we supported 2 families of veteran who are still deployed with gift cards to giant eagle, visited my wife father and my mothers grave sites. Giving thanks to those who are never forgotten and have giving so much to use. Thank you parents .... If your parents are still living .... Help them live a good life, enjoy them ....

I think the day is over rated food wise. We add in a fish dry from fish we caught over the summer as well and that is the best part. Used to pass out dinners at a local school but this year just sent turkey jerky to our replacements over seas that a local place donates. Its good stuff. They did get a great meal though as the galley really does it up for holidays! Now for the big game. . Indiana and purdue. Go hoosIers
