LOL, no. He's great at self-promotion and marketing/branding. Real estate is a very different animal from most businesses, and his track record really isn't all that great. To be honest Trump has claimed bankruptcy 4 to 6 times and singlehandedly destroyed the United State Football League. That's kind of BS, too. Most, if not all, those bankruptcies were AC casinos....and AC is a wasteland. That's just the way business is done in commercial real estate - each property is a separate company generally with separate financing, and if cash flow goes south you just default the property to the debt holders (and interest rates reflect that risk).
