I wonder when the last time was the Reds didn't play in St. Louis May, June, July, or August! Can they take one of three to not be below .500 against the Cards so far? Are they going to work Stuart Turner out in LF taking fly balls so he can be an emergency outfielder, and at 1B in case Votto goes down late in a game when the bench is already used up? None of the 3 catchers are listed at any position other than catcher anywhere on the depth chart. They obviously want to keep Turner on the 25 man roster for the whole season to keep from sending him back to his former team.

C'mon Joey, you cost Suarez his first error with a poor play on a throw that could have been caught for the out, and give an extra base that costs the Reds the tying run.

Mesoraco has a great AB and walks to load the bases with 2 out, BUT the end results are the same both times as it was his last time up when he struck out with 2 on and two out -- no runs and Scooter is the 1st batter the next inning!

Crazy...literally 2 1/2 feet off 3rd while Molina still had ball....had he been in fair territory he would've been in the way.wildcats20;1850735 wrote:Kind of a douche move by Molina, but what the hell wad Suarez looking at?

I just don't know how he didn't see the throw. Didn't even try to touch the base until after he was tagged.Ironman92;1850739 wrote:Crazy...literally 2 1/2 feet off 3rd while Molina still had ball....had he been in fair territory he would've been in the way.

Simply was not paying attention. Previous play was a walk to load the bases. He went to 3rd and his mind was "on to the next play". Should have your foot on the base while you have stopped using your eyes until the next play!
